We have taken the time to build working relationships with local producers and are continuously cultivating our team. We work with the seasonality of farms and produce and generate new menus which reflect what we have available through our partners. Additionally, we attempt to use everything from root to harvest, nose to tail. At Farmhouse Table we take great pride in creating our own stocks, soups, pickles, relishes, and preserves. It is our mission to source locally as much as possible. In addition to purveying high quality meats for events, we also fabricate our own variety of sausages, bacon and smoked and cured meats.
