Many friends said that they most enjoyed the variety of our weekly seasonal meals so this week’s is quite luxurious. We have green garlic beef tenderloin with sautรฉed zucchini noodles, yellow beans, purple peppers and cherry tomatoes, with preserved lemon chimichurri.

Just look at the colors! Great vision by Chef Kevin. The beef is certified grass-fed, sourced from a pasture at Autumn’s Harvest Farm in Romulus.

Each comes with salty bread from Amazing Grains Bread Company in Fairport, and you can order for two or four people. Each dinner has easy re-heating instructions.

We believe the beef to be on par with the finest steakhouse. Your steak knives will have to do very little work!
