For our weekly seasonal dinner, think fresh, locally-sourced ingredients with lighter, Asia-influenced flavors. That’s our beef stir fry with radish, snap pea, spring onion and garlic scapes.

Vegetable spring rolls are included. We also want to highlight our cabbage and rice noodle salad with asparagus and sesame scallion dressing, which we’re also offering as a side dish.

Placing the citrus forward with our fresh vegetables (snap peas are in season!) is a different way to showcase the bounty from our farm partners.
