We are hosting a small pop up in the shop as we reorganize for retail! Utilizing some of the best local ingredients, we’re fighting the February doldrums with some winter warm classics. We’re very excited about our menu which highlights some of our winter vegetable staples.
1st Course : French Onion Soup; a classic for the cold weather. Local onions cooked down slowly and braised in our house stock. Simplicity.
2nd Course : Charcuterie Trio; Terrine, Rillette and Pate – with accoutrements including mustard, onion jam, crackers
3rd Course: Shaved Fennel and Apple Salad – Tart Local Honey Vinaigrette
4th Course: Farmhouse Roasted Chicken with Local Kennebec Potatoes
5th Course: Citrus Bundt Cakes with Glaze
